Now that Spring is here, Qualico Communities Calgary is committed to ensuring that the community is clear of road and construction debris that has been leftover from the winter months. With community clean-up well underway, you should be noticing equipment in the area cleaning applicable streets and laneways. CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

• West Lakeview drive between Chelsea and Dawson’s Landing is currently closed and is anticipated to reopen on May 28, 2022. This closure is due to the installation of the final underground utilities and to complete the surface work. • We anticipate starting the remaining Rough Grading of future phases this construction season
• Phase 3 surface construction is underway as well as Phase 3 shallow utility installation. Construction on the new duplex, laned and front garage showhomes has also begun
